The folder "Databases_S_cerevisiae" contains three folders:
1. Databases_DNA_DNA_duplex
2. Databases_RNA_DNA_duplex
3. NN_frequency
 and two files:
1. S_cer_ALL:the concatenated sequence containing the Watson coding sequences of all sixteen chromosomes where at the start of each chromosome 
sequence 100 "N" were added. The addition of "N" was done to avoid artificial windows between different chromosomes.This file can be used as an input file in the Perl software. 
2. Scer_original&new_coord: table containing the original ORF,intron, exon, 3'UTR, EPR coordinates and the new ones in the concatenate sequence
